HEX training is intentional, progressive, and designed to achieve maximum results. It includes all the training you need and none of it that you don't. It won't waste your time. Training sessions are about 45-75 minutes.
HEX originated as a necessity to continue to provide world-class training experience to Groth Fit members as we were unable to gather in the gym. It has grown into a training experience that allows you to have the Groth Fit training and community with you always.
