All you need is a pair of dumbbells. Kettlebells work too. If you have access to a gym you can also use a barbell.

Each week of programming includes three strength and two conditioning workouts. We utilize training protocols from strength training, high intensity interval training, and functional bodybuilding.

HEX training is intentional, progressive, and designed to achieve maximum results. It includes all the training you need and none of it that you don't. It won't waste your time. Training sessions are about 45-75 minutes.
